Here are some reasons to try yoga:

1: It can help with anxiety and depression. 2: Relaxion. 3: Good for All Ages. 4: Boost cardiovasular health. 5: Can tone and strengthen, depending on what type of yoga you practice. 6: Can help people with back pain and spinal issues. ( one of my reasons ). 7: Adaptable for all experience levels. 8: There are several types of yoga styles. Find one that you enjoy. 9: You can practice at home, in your back yard, at the park or at the beach. 10: You dont need equipment. A yoga mat definatley helps as well as comfortable clothing. There are however yoga equipment that can help you in your yoga experience.

My 20 year old daughter Trinity, who has has developed a love of yoga posing. She finds it calming and freeing.
