Easy Ab routine that’s effective.

  • Do 3 sets on each side. 10 reps for each movement.
  • keep abs tight.
  • remember to brace yourself with the free hand and not strain your lower back or neck.
  • pace yourself and try to get the full effect by reaching as low to the floor as you can without straining.
  • remember to breath
  • be sure and stretch afterwards. (cobra pose)
